''Unveiling the power of EGO: How your ego impacts your emotion''.  ''The ego, however, is not who you really are. The ego is your self-image; it is the role you are playing. Your social mask thrives on approval. It wants control and is sustained by power because it lives in fear''.                                                                                                                                                                                           - Deepak Chopra      Your survival mechanism is not only the factor affecting your emotions. Your ego plays an important part in forming the way you feel. Thus, to acquire more control over your emotions, it is basic you understand what your ego is and how it works. Now, let's make clear what we mean by ego. We frequently say that someone has a ''big ego'' reference to the ego as something close to honor. While honor is definitely a manifestation of ego, that's only on

''Exposing the Human Emotions: How Your Survival Direction Affects How You Feel''

'' The mind in its place, and in itself, can make a heaven of Hell, a hell of Heaven''

                                                                                                                             - JOHN MILTON POET.

  • We all experience different types of emotions throughout our lives. While writing this article, I was quite nervous as it became more challenging. and I started losing confidence. Who was I to write a blog on emotions? when I couldn't control my emotions.
  • At the same time, I realized this blog was a perfect opportunity to work on my emotional issues. As it was earlier said, the things we do practically we have more experience of that. All the humans in this world have highs and lows, don't we? Are we learning lessons or using emotions to grow? or do we have to regret ourselves over them?

So, Let's talk about emotions now. let's start by asking you this?

How are you feeling right now?

Expressing your feelings is the first step in taking the standard of your emotions. For example - If I ask you what is the reason for reading this blog? You may reply ''I feel this could be useful'' or ''I really feel I will learn something new'' but none of these answers reflects how you feel. You don't feel like this but you think this blog could be helpful, that creates an emotion that makes you ''feel'' excited about reading this blog. Warmness is displayed as awareness in your body, not as an idea in your mind. I think the reason ''feel'' is so often overworked or abused is because we don't want to talk about our emotions.

Why do emotions play a main role in talking about?

How you feel regulates the quality of your life Your emotions can make your life heaven as well as hell. That's why emotions are the most important thing to talk about. Your emotions are your experiences.

For example, you feel good, everything seems to be good and you enjoy everything as well as it tastes better and when you are feeling low, everything seems to be dull. you become less motivated, you are mentally or physically ill and the future looks dull. Your emotions can also act as a guidance counselor. They can tell you in advance what will happen and allow you to change your life. As such, emotions may be the most personal development you have. Neither school teachers nor your parents teach you how to control your emotions. I find it ironic. That's why I found we should talk about this topic.

What you'll learn?

This blog gives instructions about your emotions that should never be received at your school.

Why Do people have unfairness in the direction of negativity?

  • Every person in their life must have faced hundreds of deaths or maybe thousands of times. But unlike your forefather, you do not face that many deaths every day. Your survival mechanism hasn't changed yet. (AA survival mechanism is something you and your body do to prevent a harmful situation) . Your brain gives more importance to negative events than to positive ones. Fear Of Rejection is one of the main examples of a bias towards negativity. As in the past, being rejected by your tribe will reduce your chances of survival.
  • Nowadays, rejection is much more common than in the past. and in this generation, rejection often carries very little and maybe no impact on you. You could be greatly disliked by the whole world and you could never be impacted by this because the home you have and the food you eat would never given by your haters. Yet your brain is still programmed to receive rejection as a threat.
  • Rejections are no big deal until you feel the emotional pain. Firstly our brain creates the whole drama. If we listen to our minds, maybe we believe we are not worthy of love and rejection creates a big problem for days and months and maybe a year .year may be depression. That is why rejection can be painful.
  • Our brain leads to over-dramatizing events or destroying 100 positive thoughts. For example- if you are working in an office and your brain sees the events as a threat and you think '' what if I'm fired? what if I will not be able to find other jobs? what if my wife leaves me? what if I will not be enough for everyone ?'' another example is that - A celebrity with 5-star reviews is likely to be depressed when they receive a single 1-star. The problem is not 1-Star but the problem is the celebrity brain which threatens to turn into emotional issues.

How do we overcome bias toward negativity?

Firstly you have to control your mind not to think of negative threats. and secondly, we have to change our capacity to use our concepts to shape our reality. so, we must separate real emotions from imaginary ones. if you don't then you'll experience a lot of mental pain which will turn into harmful depression

Why your mental capacity job isn't to make you joyful?

Your brain work is to make you survive not to make you happy. If you want to be happy, you must take control of your emotions because we can't hope to be happy. After all, it's a person's natural stage. You have to work for your emotions.

How does dopamine disorder affect your happiness?

    • Dopamine is a neurotransmitter, one of the main functions of dopamine is to give you pleasure, and satisfaction. For example - you look for food so that you don't die of starvation. or you are looking for a mate for a better experience or to reproduce. without dopamine, our generation would likely be extinct. In the past, dopamine was linked to survival instincts but now it can be produced unnaturally. One great example is social media. Have you ever noticed all those notifications that pop up suddenly on your screen? They're used to activate the release of dopamine so you stay connected and the longer you stay connected to them, the more income they receive.
    • we don't need to react whenever dopamine is released. let's take an example to understand this situation, we don't need to check our mobiles or Instagram.
    • Korean, Lee Seung Seop is a case of syndrome. in 2005, Mr Seop died after playing a video game continuously for 58 hours with very little food an investigation took place, and it concluded that he had died of a heart attack caused by dehydration . he was only 28 years old. so, we shouldn't glued to our mobile phones. As it could be addicted to thinking.

The 'one day I will ' myth :

Do you believe there will be one day when you will achieve all your dreams and live a happy, stressful life? You may ( and I hope you will ) achieve your dreams. but you won't live ' happily ever after '. This is the one more scheme your mind plays.

     How does hedonic Adaptation work?

Your mind quickly grabs the new situation and the earlier excitement wears off.
For example - The new AUDY CAR or HOUSE will only make you happy for a while. once this excitement wears off, you'll move to the new thing that craves you. This is called 'Hedonic adaptation'. Does that mean you can't be happier all the time? No, what it means is that outside elements have very little impact on the level of your happiness. according to Sonja Lyubomirsky, author of The How Happiness, 50% of our happiness is determined by genetics, 40% by internal factors, and 10% is affected by outsiders. Outsiders whether you are single or not, are social influences. This indicates only a minimal amount of your happiness is linked to external factors. which is a minimal amount than you think.

The Bottom Line Is That: Your point of view regarding life controls your happiness not what happens to you.

CONCLUSION:  Till now you understand how your survival mechanism influences your sensation and stops you from experiencing joy in your life.
